Carnations
Different varieties of Carnation have been grown in Guernsey since the
flower business started here, and our own Carnations are chosen for their
longevity as well as their exceptionally vivid colours. Carnations easily stand
up to the rigours of sitting in a dark box en -route to their destination.

Freesias
Originally a native plant of South Africa, Freesias are grown throughout the
year here in Guernsey. There are many hybrids now grown in Guernsey and the
long-stemmed varieties have been chosen by us, again for their ability to
survive the postal system, but also for their delicate colouring.

customers still prefer a mixed bunch of flowers, with a variety of colours.
